On September 24, 19-year-old Yabloko campaigner and prospective party member Kurban Magomedrasulov submitted a notification to Krasnodar City Hall about a planned rally. According to a 7x7 source, the rally is scheduled for October 7 at the 30th Anniversary of Victory Park, near the city center.
According to 7x7’s information, Krasnodar communists are also considering applying to hold a rally. However, they doubt the event will be approved: gatherings of more than 1,000 people have been banned in Krasnodar since 2024, and since July 2026, rallies have been prohibited at venues without security certificates.
Various political groups have applied to hold rallies against election fraud in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, Izhevsk, Syktyvkar, Kazan, Ulan-Ude, Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, and Lipetsk. Applications have already been rejected in St. Petersburg, Perm, and Kazan.
